Large shop with lots of stuff for sale, T-shirts, books and other gift type items are up front with the new releases and cds. Lots of posters and kinck knacks. Store is well lit and clean. Lots to look at for sure!
The back of the shop is were the real treasures are hiding. Lots of used vinyl in many genres. They also have a listening station setup but it was very dysfunctional, only 1 channel worked and even then only part of the time. You also have to give them your drivers license to use the cartridge. First time I'd ever encountered that but I can understand protecting their investment.
The staff was very pleasant but not particularly helpful. The young man who helped me was unable to answer 90% of my questions. He was a bit preoccupied with concert ticket sales and related conversation.
After 2 & 1/2 hours I was ready to check out with a sizable armload stack of records. I inquired about any chances for a discount on a couple items and was told he could not change any prices, only the owner could. I was assured he would be right back. Another 30 min waiting resulted in no owner appearance and me putting back more than 1/2 the pile. (I still left with 2 bags full) Your loss Boo Boo!
